There are certain foods that can trigger heartburn during pregnancy, so by avoiding that can indeed help you to get relieved from heartburn.
List of foods that are more prone to heartburn:
Pregnant women should avoid consume fat meat such as marbled sirloin, chicken wings, chicken nugget and ground beef in order to prevent from heartburn.
2. Types of Oil, Sweets and Fats to Say No:
You should avoid from eating all these heartburn triggering regularly such as corns, potato chips, brownies, French fries, butter cookies, oily salad dressing and even your favorite chocolates.
3. Avoid some Veggies, Fruits and Juice:
For those pregnant women who experience heartburn should avoid consuming lemon juice, grapefruit, tomato, mashed potato, onions and orange juice fruits and veggies at excessive amount.
You are advised to consume green leafy veggies, apples, raisins, wheat, carrots and figs are the fiver rich food to avoid heartburn during pregnancy.
4. Strictly avoid Alcohol:
Alcohol is a common heartburn triggering beverage, so avoid beer, wine and Hot drinks.
5. Say No to Caffeine and Carbonated:
It is important to limit yourself from drinking carbonated soda, coffee and tea, since the caffeinated one will trigger heartburn in pregnancy.
6. No Cheese:
Women at pregnancy should avoid eating soft or blue cheese, but you are safe to eat hard cheese made from pasteurized milk.
Heartburn will be triggered as well if you consume milk shakes and ice cream.
