1. Dairy Products:
Try to avoid Milk, Cheese, Yogurt as they can trigger Menstrual Cramps.
Try to avoid Chocolate, Coffee, Caffeinated Soda or any Caffeine drinks. Too much of Caffeine will cause high anxiety and tension. Also it can cause Breast Tenderness and Irritable.
3. Salty Foods:
Too much of Salt can cause Bloating and Water retention.
4. Processed Foods:
Avoid processed food because they are high in Sodium which will cause Bloating and crash low mood.
5. High Sugar Food:
High Sugar food will cause Blood sugar level crash, Increase rapidly which causes Irritation, Sleepy and Cranky.
6. High Fat Food:
Avoid highly fat foods because it will influence hormonal activity in the body which in return causes Breast Tenderness, Bloating and Menstrual discomfort.
