Life Killer – White Sugar

There is no mistake in referring White Sugar as Life Killer because starting from dizziness to Cardiac arrest the root cause is the white Sugar. That is the reason i am insisting everyone to get rid of white sugar immediately.

Listing out some of the signs you can identify that you are consuming too much of Sugar.

Sugar has a negative effect on the skin, including reducing collagen, elastin and skin proteins. Here is a newsflash that is not going to come as a surprise to many of you; sugar is addictive. We may start eating just one piece of candy and before you know it, we have downed the entire box!
